Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Trailerhood Woodworks! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. These situations include, but are not limited to:
Damaged or Used Items: If a returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued.
Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount for returned items.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Custom Orders: If a custom order is partially completed or if materials have already been purchased, a partial refund may be issued to cover the costs incurred.
Promotional Discounts: Refund amounts may be adjusted to reflect the discounted price rather than the full price if the item was purchased with a promotional discount.
Partial Returns: If only part of a multi-item order is returned, a partial refund will be issued for the returned items.
Shipping
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
